Just curious as to how letters of intent are received by schools? I have two schools I would love to attend and would like to send a letter of intent to both of them before the second round of acceptances go out. Is that a bad thing to send one to each of them? Or should I just pick my top one?

100% would not recommend OP. Pick your top one. You wouldn't want to tell each school you'd attend them in a heartbeat, and then accept school A and decline school B, and then later let's say something happens with school A (can't move across the country, or you don't get IS tuition, or whatever), and then you try to beg for your acceptance back from school B....
