For the DO students who took the usmle and the comlex. When is it better to take the USMLe, before or after the comlex?

thanks.

Does it matter to residency programs when you take the USMLE (step 1)...I'm looking into taking USMLE a few months after COMLEX...would that matter any? Thanks.

idio, i am curious as o what u did in those days besides biochem, mol bio?
it's hard cause i am so burned out by second year, leaving myself w/v.little vacation sounds like crap.

Idiopathic, how did you find it studying for the USMLE during your rotations? Im thinking of doing it 2-3 weeks after the COMLEX, which puts me into my rotations. Which rotations were you on if you dont mind me asking? Do you recommend scheduling an "easier" one? Thanks.

anyone take it 2 weeks before? i have 6 weeks. i am thinking of studying for the USMLE for 4 weeks, and then concentrating on micro, pharm,OMM for 2 weeks. any thoughts? idio, how long did your school give u?

Based on advice from one of my good friends who is a third-year, I'm going to take COMLEX one week after the USMLE. I was planning on leaving more time, but with the study guide that I am using, I don't think I'll have to worry much about COMLEX.
