I ask this as my test is Wednesday and I am afraid if I do one now it might rattle me if I don't like my score. What do you guys think? I was planning and sticking to my USMLE World.

I definitely would not. What's the point? If you don't do as well as you'd like, it's very likely to rattle your confidence and make you do a less-than-your-best job on the real thing. It's a good way to gauge your progress as you go along, but at this point, you are where you are. It's not like you can make any significant adjustments to your score at this point, and attempting to do so would probably have a negative impact, if any. At this point, you need to just trust that you've done all the prep work you can do, relax, and get this thing over with. Good luck! :luck:

IMO take it if you think you are honestly borderline failing/passing.......or if you know you are in a relatively decent position (ie high UW scores) and have the potential and willingness to push the test back to get a higher score......if not......there is no reason you "have to" take it

Yeah I did 80% of Q-bank and finished at 78% and I have done about 500 UW questions and I am at 79%. All I want is a 230+!!

well...i haven't taken it yet....so take my opinion for whatever its worth.....but I scored higher on nbme 3+4 w/ lower UW scores (only very recently hitting the ~80 range...was in the 60-70's when I took the nbme's)
