Well... they need the official scores. And we don't know what the rest of your app is like so really we don't know.

It's possible to get in as a junior but you need a stellar application.

That scares me a little. Lol. I'm a 3rd year student right now, but I'm finishing my BS in Psychology this May (not sure if that makes a difference). I do have about 40 hours of shadowing experience, a 3.54 GPA, and a 320 OAT. I have my interview next Thursday, so we shall see!
 
Everyone needs to start somewhere, there's nothing wrong with applying for junior roles and don't listen to what others say

thats what i have too. 3.5 gpa, 320 OAT, but less shadowing than you, about 20 hours.
