I have taken the Kaplan classroom course and have all of my materials, including notecards, practice tests, subject tests, etc. Is it illegal to sell those items?

technically speaking, yes.

Yes it is illegal, but I can say more than 90% of people do sell there stuff, heck I see it posted in the student center everyday. What else are you going to do with it except prob. what I did with my MCAT stuff and past it along to other friends who wanted to apply later on, and they past on to the next friend and so on.
