Is it okay to compile a list of supplemental questions?

Hello! So I'm compiling a list of supplemental questions for each school so that everyone and future applicants can have a head start on them! I've posted the doc below and allowed anyone to edit it, so please feel free to add them in if you can. After it's all finished, I'll move it over to my blog for a more permanent space.

Taking silence as maybe a good sign and starting to compile the questions! If you have the time, please help me out by posting any secondary questions you may have gotten for a specific school.

ASDOH Essay

WESTERN - no need for invitation. Go on their school website and there will be a link to be completed after submitted your ADEA.
Essay
1. factors that may have had a negative effect on some aspect of your academic performance,
2. experience in dentistry,
3. extracurricular/volunteerism/community service, and
4. why you are applying to the Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine specifically.
