Is it possible to change ADEA Coursework?

I submitted my ADEA application on 6/2

3 months later, I decided to switch up all my classes to add more appropriate courses. Aka. Biochemistry, Human Physiology, and the such.

Is there anyway to change/update that in the application, as I feel like it would look better than "Art History" which was what I initially had listed.

People could put a bunch of classes thinking they are impressing the admission committee, but until grades for those classes are on a transcript, I don't see how it would matter what you put for the "planned/ in progress" classes. No need to change anything. You can update in the Nov/Dec with your Biochemistry, Human Physiology, and the such.

While I agree with the fact that what is most important is the grades on the transcript, I would like the schools looking at my app to know that I do plan on completing their prereqs. Not so much to impress them by saying, "Oh look I'm taking Human Phys and Biochem at the same time!" but more so, don't throw my application into the bin just yet...
I know schools look at your app and even accept you without having the prereqs completed, but I feel like having it written in print that you will be taking those courses would be more beneficial.
With that said, so is there no way to change the "planned/in progress" classes before the grade update in Nov/Dec as you have mentioned?
