On october 23rd I got and email from nyu saying they have all my materials and they will be fowarded to the admissions committe. Am I too late? My AADSAS application, transcripts, and scores were sent out in july but my college sent out my committe letter and my other recommendations out on 9/29. Is this too late or am I safe because my initial application was sent out in july?

You got your file in early, so thats good. So there is nothing else you can do now but wait.

Depending on how competitive your application is, you will get interviews before Dec 1, or afterwards. But dont worry about it being too late, its fine just a waiting game.
