I got verified early today and much to my surprise, my science GPA ended up being 3.63 instead of 3.59, which I had originally calculated. The reason for this was that one of the classes I took was deemed non-science when I really thought it was a science class (classmates who took the class with me got it verified as science). However, another class that I took that I thought would be non-science was changed to a science class. So I have two questions right now:
1. If I ask for an academic change request, will this delay my application in any way? I already got 3 secondary emails today.
2. Also, if I ask for a change, will they only look at the course I asked to be reviewed or will they look at my entire coursework all over again? I don't want them to find out that they might have made a mistake in designating that first class because then my science GPA would drop to a 3.56 if both classes are deemed science. However, if the first class ends up remaining as a non-science and the second class gets changed into non-science, I would have a 3.66 science GPA. Or should I just sit with a 3.63 science GPA?
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
