Hi,

Having trouble deciding if/where I should apply in Canada because applications are so expensive. Have read through stats and still don't know. Want to avoid being immediately cut out based on GPA/MCAT and wasting money. Let me know if you have thoughts or applied and did/didn't get an interview. Thank you!

GPA: 3.84
MCAT: 520 (130/129/131/130)
Extracurric: very good. Clinical experience, research, travelling, volunteering, work, speak French

UBC: in province, will apply
UCal: ??
UofA: ??
UofM: ??
UofS: ??
McMaster:??
Queens: CARS prob too low?
Ottawa: ??
McGill: ?? pretty set on applying
Toronto: ??
Dalhousie: too late, not applying
Memorial: ?? so few positions

LAST question: should I send in a backup american application in and what school would you recommend based on stats.

I don’t think this forum will help you with Canadian schools. I’m interested in that too so if you find a good forum that responds as quickly as SDN, let me know lol
