Is it worth retaking DAT the 3rd time?

Is it true that they don't offer people who take the DAT 3 times?

You can take the DAT upto the third time but after that you will need special permission as well ur scores will be averaged it is worth it if ur scores were really low and u jump up the last time its worth it..........so many people have success stories of how they didnt do good the first two times and then rocked it the 3rd time so yeah it is worth it it can make a bigg difference for you if you work hard enough.....why do i say that cuz i am abt to take for the 3rd time my friend!

What do you mean by your score will be averaged? are you sure about that? I am actually about to take the DAT for the 4th time and I've never heard that part before

this isn't the case for most schools actually. many schools look at your most recent score only, and in the case of UNLV, they will take your highest score from each test section for any given test.

Most schools will not average scores.
