Is June 15th still considered early?

Hello all,
So I was originally planning on taking the DAT on June 3rd so that I could get right to it once the cycle opened, however, I think I should push it back a few weeks until june 15th. Would this still be considered a really early time to take it?

I would say that is plenty early. I have spoken with three different admission advisors who told me taking it at the end of June was still plenty early. Their main concern was if you have to do a retake it will be pushed back pretty late into the fall.

Here's what I think...make sure you get plenty of studying in for the DAT, don't rush it. If your resume is quite impressive, they're still going to notice you no matter if you apply in August.
