Hi all,

I had completed and submitted my primary application the first day to send them in (June 7th). So, far I have received one secondary from a several schools I had applied to.

I was scheduled to take the June 18th exam, but I had to void it for particular reasons. I will be taking the exam on the next available date (July 8th). The scores will be available in early august. In the meantime, I plan on submitting my secondaries in a timely manner.

I have pretty significant extracurriculars as well as a 3.9 cGPA and 3.85sGPA. I also have been scoring a 515 on my practice MCATs.

I know it's impossible to accurately predict the implications of a late MCAT. Based on previous experiences, does anyone know to what extent my application will be affected this cycle? Am I really really late? Or on time? Or slightly late? Thanks!

I assume you were verified, in which case, med schools you've listed already will get your complete application within a business day of the MCAT score release. You can immediately add additional schools based on how competitive your MCAT score is. If you can get all Secondaries and supplemental submissions (LORs, etc) sent into schools before 9/1, you will still be "on time."
