Honors Orgo I (3 cr)
Intro Bio w/lab (honors option) (5 cr)
Honors Sociology (3 cr)
Honors History of science+medicine (3 cr)
Biology Research (1 cr) ; only one credit but I will be doing independent research
Lec/discussion on Medicine (1 cr)

=16 credits
 
No. The fact that they are honors doesn't make them any hard.... actually it makes them easier.
 
You could actually get away with adding another class if you like....

I meant to say that at the college level, it is assumed that the coursework is all difficult. There should be no need to designate honors from regular coursework... the major exception being that the course requires you to submit original research work at the end. Which it doesn't.

In high school, the caliber of the students is less... so there is a need to distinguish AP from Honors from regular.

At many schools the honors designation is tacked onto course names if the course is required for some type of honors program. It isn't always meant to indicate difficulty.
