This is a big question? I had a previous post about taking classes. If it is not (I have not thrown my books away), then I might need to take the next 5-6 months to study for the test, before I apply for fall classes in 2018.

I think that is school specific. Some will do 3y from app date and some will do 3y from matriculation date
