Hello,

I got an interview offer from NYU yesterday, and I set the date on Nov. 26th (the reason for the late interview offer is that there has been a problem with my supplemental fee check, so I had to sent it again in October). I am worried because even though it is "technically" pre-December interview, Dec.3 is only 1 week away from my interview date. Would one week be enough for the admission office to look through my file, and send me an offer (or a rejection😉) on Dec.3?

Thank you

I know how you feel but this isn't really a good source to find such information. Go to the source if you want to find out. Just ask during a Q/A session at your interview. From my experience, Dr. Mejia would be more than happy to answer any questions.

I agree with the above poster. For what it's worth I have an interview scheduled on nov 27 and I could have interviewed in October but the scheduling didn't work out. When scheduling the November interview I asked directly if I was still considered for dec 3 acceptance and if I am putting myself at a disadvantage not interviewing in October. The answer was no and I would be considered for dec 3 acceptance. So I would just ask if I were you.

Thanks, guys. I guess I should wait til Nov.26th, or just call them one more time to find out. Now I am even more worried because I heard that NYU will send out offers on Nov.30th by email (if ADA approves).

During my interview, they said that they meet around thanksgiving to decide on the Dec 3rd acceptances.
