Is Nutrition considered a science class for dental school?

Hey everyone !
So I am currently in the process of asking my professors for letters of recommendation.
I am applying to dental school this summer.
I HAVE ONE CONCERN
I want to ask my Nutrition teacher for a letter of rec but idk if that is considered a science or not. I don't mind asking her a non-science professor because we do need a letter from a non-science anyways. But i want to know what category to add her in !

Nutrition counts as "other science". There's a whole list of classes on the AADSAS site I attached.

For TMDSAS, nutrition is not counting as a science course anymore. Only BCPM (bio, chem, physics, math)

Probably best to ask them, but I'd assume they would release it in May/June when the next application cycle opens.
