Is Pharmacy intern pay fixed?

This will vary with the company. But there is usually a set pay scale but it can depend on the company and your location.
 
Pretty much fixed.

It is NOT fixed regardless of who hires you, but it will be fixed by the company. This is a capitalist country here, we don't have fixed wages.
 
Thanks for your replies. I've heard that your intern wage increases by 1 dollar every year. I'm curious: what if you've never worked as an intern before but you're in P2 year, do you get paid the wage of a P1 or a P2?

It's usually based on your professional year. Being a P2, you'd receive the P2 pay scale, regardless of your prior work history.
 
every place I interned at paid all of the interns in that district.

And I agree with that, it is fixed by company. The OP question asked if intern pay was the same "regardless of who hires you', and no it is not. Intern pay at Chain A may differ from intern pay at Chain B which may differ from intern pay at Hospital A which may differ from intern pay at Hospital B which may differ from intern pay at Independent Compounding Pharmacy A, etc.
