Do you have to complete pre-pharmacy to get accepted into a pharmd program? Because I was looking at some decent schools, but some of them don't offer a pre-pharmacy program. So if I were to get accepted into one of those, would I be able to continue onto a pharmd program? without doing the pre-pharmacy?

You will be required to complete at least 2 years (sometimes 3 years or a bachelor's degree are required) of pre-pharmacy coursework. If the school you are interested in only has a pharmacy school, you may or may not be able to complete the pre-pharmacy coursework. For example, you may be able to complete courses towards a biology or chemistry degree instead of "pre-pharmacy." However, there are schools that only offer professional level coursework. For example, I attended a university for 3 years and obtained a bachelor's degree, than went to a medical/pharmacy school for 4 years to get my PharmD. They did not offer any undergrad classes.

Let me try to interpret your question. What I think you're asking is, do you need to have some sort of "pre-pharmacy degree" from a "pre-pharmacy program" offered by an undergraduate university in order to get into pharmacy school? The answer is no. Anyone can say "I'm pre-pharmacy", even if you're working on an English degree at XYZ university. As long as you're working on the necessary prerequisite courses for the specific pharmacy schools that you're interested in, you're considered "pre-pharmacy".
