Is scheduling interviews 6 days apart from each other a bad idea?

Hi all!

I'm lucky enough to have two interviews coming up. The first one (Creighton) is on Sept 13. I just got an II for Drexel today. The first scheduling option is Sept 19, and the next one isn't until mid October. I know that sooner is typically better for interviews, But I'm a little worried I won't have enough time to decompress/reflect/prepare before the Drexel one if I do it on the 19th.

How important is it to schedule interviews early? Want to give myself every advantage without shooting myself in the foot.

Forgive me for cross-posting with Reddit, but I'm jut trying to get a quick response so I can get this thing scheduled!

Thank you!

Six days apart isnt bad. You have time to relax in between.

My drexel interview was end of october and i was accepted there. You’d be fine with mid october if you wanted to wait a little longer.

I did 3 in one week and i felt fine. Tbh for me I prefer having them close together since then I’m in that interview mindset and didn’t feel nervous about them when they were all so close together.

lol I'm pretty sure I had some the next day. You'll be fun. Interview days are more fun than draining IMO.

I have two interviews in a three day span coming up this week. I agree with the poster above, having them closer together keeps me in the interview mindset and usually you barely even need a refresher for common interview questions since you've already practiced plus the actual interview itself. The only thing that changes is the "Why this school?" question.

I just did 3 last week and might be doing 4 in a week in sept. You will be more than fine! gl
