Is SDN down?

I am trying to use Sdn on my computer but It's not loading...is it down?
 
It appears that the content outside of the forums is currently down, yes. At least that's what I'm getting right now.
 
Sdn is down almost everyday!!! I am going crazy when happens lol i am addicted to sdn
