I received an email from Temple notifying that they haven't received my application fee yet. The email says:
"This email is to notify you that the Admissions Office has not received your $30 application fee. Your application cannot be processed until the fee is received. Please submit the attached form and $30 fee (check made payable to Kornberg School of Dentistry)."
What does the email mean by "attached form" ? Is it a secondary form that I need to fill? I looked for this info on the school's website and had no luck. Anyone else received the same email and had an idea what does the "attached form" refer to.
