Is submitting tmdsas around Independence Day considered late?

I thought it was ok. But I saw some percentages of interviewees floating around here that out of people who submit tmdsas in July there aren’t that many people who end up receiving interviews.

Anyone submitting it at the beginning of July?

I wanted to prewrite all of my secondaries in July after submitting tmdsas so that I wouldn’t be wasting time.
