Hello, I know I'm hurting my chances by taking the MCAT so late, but I'm confident in my ability get a competitive score if I'm able to prepare and study hard for 2 months. I'm a URM student, 3.8 cGPA/3.9 sGPA, and have 4+ years of extracurricular activities and clinical and research experience.

I plan to have my application submitted this week and prewrite secondaries in the meantime. I'm planning to apply to state schools and out of state, but how much will getting my score back in September impact my likelihood of being interviewed this cycle? Thank you for your help, @Goro and anybody else.

Thank you for your response. I felt a little taken aback, but you're right, there's no reason to rush neither this application nor the MCAT given their importance. I suppose I was just really frustrated when I'd thought I'd be able to apply this cycle before graduating during the upcoming fall semester, but it'll be better to wait for next cycle and work on improving my application in the meantime.

Thank you again.
