Or we have to figure out based on the symptoms and lab values?

I am planning not to study symptoms of disease and lab values associated with a disease; is that a good idea?

I would say a bit of both. I remember having a question asking me about symptoms of a given disease and then treatment. I also had questions where I had to say what the patient most likely had based in symptoms.

I would definitely know which lab values correlate with what diseases! Sometimes that's all the information you have.

Took my test last Thursday. Had to know how to tell different types of anemia, thyroid/TSH, plts, WBC, etc. Just know the big ones.
