USMLE Is the new MTB 2 + uworld enough?

I am new to studying for step 2 ck. I have the newest MTB 2 and an online subscription to uworld. Will this be enough to get a high score on the actual exam?

Also, why do people use MTB 3? I am asking this because I thought MTB 2 is focused on step 2 while MTB 3 is only for step 3. If I need MTB 3, how should I utilize these sources?

I want to limit my resources and just want to keep it at uworld and these 2 books. Please share your experiences if you have used MTB 3 and how it can help me on step 2 ck in a way that the new version of MTB 2 cannot. Thanks!!

Once you go through the surgery and peds section of MTB 2, you'll see why people do MTB 3 for those sections. I haven't taken CK yet. I just went through MTB2 for those sections and there was so much missing. I flipped thorugh the same pages on MTB 3 and that information was much more complete.

I used MTB 3 for OBgyn, peds and surgery. Reason why MTB 3 is recommend is because MTB 2 lacks in peds, obgyn and surgery. MTB 3 is more complete even though Pediatrics section is a little overkill in MTB 3.
