is the transcript request form needed?

Is it really necessary for all the schools of which I have attended to send the transcript request form with my transcripts? I attend one major university but have done a few cc classes at 3 different community colleges and I can just request online that each school send my transcripts to AACOMAS. Shouldn't there be a seal on the transcripts to show I havn't tampered with them? Please let me know!

I don't think so. When I did my transcript request, I just asked my school if they can indicate on the transcript or in another sheet of paper what my AACOMAS ID is. That way, when AACOMAS receives them, they know to credit the transcripts to me. Never had an issue. All my transcripts have been logged and verified.

No, I don't think it's necessary. My transcripts were logged in and received today. I just ordered my transcripts online and my school sent them directly from the office.

I didnt use them last year and had no problems. I dont believe you need them
