Is there a big difference between 2004/2005 lectures notes and the latest version

I'm considering buying the Kaplans notes from ebay rather than downloading them, and I'm just curious if it is worth buying the latest version or should I save about a $150 and buy a 2 year old copy instead. Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
