Is there a harmful level of radiation exposure in interventional radiology?

I apologize for breaking an SDN tenant and making a thread to advertise another, but I would really be appreciative if any of those of you in the field of radiology might be able to comment on my thread in pre-allo with the above title. Despite only being a pre-med, I am very much interested in interventional radiology and I thank you in advance for contributing your knowledge to my thread!
