You might want to save it and prepare for the next cycle. Apply on the first day possible in June. It will be very hard for you to get interviews if you're just submitting secondaries now. Just my opinion…
Perhaps you could submit a few, but not to your "reach schools" at this point...

Not all schools do rolling admissions. That said, I believe the ones who look at the whole applicant at once pool have deadlines that already passed.

*Some people* have found success despite submitting their primaries and secondaries late. One of my friends didn't submit her primary until like the last day, and was complete in like...early november for the schools she was later accepted to. However, she also had a unique application and all around stellar *everything*. Despite 7 acceptances to top schools (Harvard, UCLA, etc.) she still applied to 30+ schools and was rejected from over half of them pre-interview. It's an expensive gamble if you really want to "see for yourself" how you will do. If money absolutely isn't an issue (and you like throwing them at stuff for fun), I think you'll be considered a re-applicant at all the schools you submitted primaries to even if you don't finish a secondary, so the "you never know until you try" kind of applies.
