I am sending my aadsas out today. Please tell me there are others who are in the same boat as me!!! Do you think if my reccs are in by the end of the month to aadsas (around when they will be finishing my verification process and sending my app out) I could still potentially hear from schools regarding a decision by Dec 1st???

i thought as long as u have ur stuff in by septemeber ur still considered "on time" and def far from LATE. what do u guys think?/?

I've already submitted my AADSAS but they still taking their time to calculate my GPA. Also not all of my LORs have been delivered. So count me in. Many schools also only started looking at the apps (esp state schools) a few days ago.

I didn't submit it sofar......I m going to submit it this friday,but my lOR are going to be submitted at the end of this month bcz before getting LoR from my school's commitee, they have to interview me and my interview is on Sept. 20th. Then, they r going to write one LOR for me, which will take three weeks and another three weeks to send out those LOR.........So, I m way behind than u.............

people on sdn tend to be alpha personalities--the "go-getters" (or you could say overachievers 😉 ). i only know a few people who applied during the last cycle, and they all applied in late october-november (and they got in). and people with very good stats can apply even later and still have a shot. while i wouldnt say that this is early in the cycle, it is definitely not late

I have a friend who has a friend who applied late "at the last minute" and managed to get into Nova...hmmm...I guess we all have a shot at somewhere

I feel better already...



As for late or not (or "early or not"), I'd say depends what school. Some of mine are filling up their interview slots already, but many haven't even started looking. Most of those say they will start in October. My advice though - start your secondaries!! They suck...
