okay-- i know everyone runs by the "scenario"..but I am trying to see if I have a chance..or if med schools are just out to take my money by having me fill out endless secondaries... my academics aren't stellar...but
I am 24 years old, Female, ASIAN (ORM)
1) my undergrad - yale - biology overall GPA 3.2 (some C's in organic of course) 🙁
2) i did an MPH at another IVY in biostatistics, GPA 3.6
3) MCATS : 8-Phys 8-Bio 10-Verbal (total 26)
4) Recs: good and diverse...
5) volunteered in health internationally many times
6) currently in management consulting.
so is there hope? I mean from what i have been reading (ORM applicants with 35's and 3.7 not getting in)..i feel like maybe i am wsting a few thousand bucks this summer.
any advice would help...chicagohope
