I am a little concerned about my application to Belmont. Due to a PharmCAS technical error, I obtained permission to mail my recommendations directly to Belmont. When I went by Monday to make sure they had everything, they said they only had 2 letters logged, but I should check back later to see if the other 2 show up. I emailed about it on Tuesday, but never received an answer. I called this morning, and spoke to someone who told me I had no LORs on file. I explained to her my situation, and she said she found 2 of them. When I asked if they threw out the other two, she said no. But I forgot to ask explicitly if they had all 4, or only 2. The real problem is that the 2 that they chose to include out of the 4 were the weaker 2 LORs. I emailed immediately after I called this morning, but have not heard a response. Should I call back tomorrow? Or should I just sit back and let it go? The lady on the phone seemed slightly annoyed by all of it, and I don't want my application to be downchecked because I'm pestering the admissions people.

I wouldn't e-mail them as that will be your slowest method to get a response. Tuesday they were doing an interview- which is most likely why you couldn't get ahold of anyone. I would definately keep calling until it is all sorted out if you want to get into Belmont. Your intent to get things straight will only help you. Good luck!

Thanks, I will give them another call tomorrow. I would have called right back this morning when I remembered, but the lady I spoke too seemed harried and annoyed.

I like belmont pharmacy school, but the people who work for admission screw up my gpa and pre-requisite. I called and e-mail, no response. This is why I dont like this school now. Cause of the people, so unhelpfu.
