Hey guys. Today I was relaxing on my balcony getting some residency paperwork done and realized that the immunization record‘s had a deadline for upload nearly 2 weeks ago. The due date was kind of hard to find, and I haven’t gotten any emails about it being a pressing matter or super time sensitive, but I am past the deadline. I plan on getting my records transferred and upload it on Monday. When I read this I couldn’t help but think “OMG, am I going to lose my PGY 1 spot with this residency because I’m past the deadline to upload immunization records??“

You’ll be fine. Your coordinator would’ve been on you if it was critical.

They need you for work force. They’ll see any deficiencies and contact you when the time comes, trust me. But it would be best to get it in ASAP.
