Is this bad for CS?

Wondering how bad it is to have misinterpreted a physical exam finding on the CS exam. Not talking about lying, but doing a physical maneuver, and writing a different result on the note- in other words, misinterpreting the result.

For example say you had an abdominal pain case and you said there was rebound tenderness even though you did the physical exam and there wasn't. Or say you had a joint pain case and said there was restricted range of motion, but there actually wasn't on your physical exam.

Has anyone done this? If so, did you end up passing CS?

I am talking about doing this in one case by accident, not a repeated occurence.

your bound to make innocent mistakes. I know people who forgot to do certain things in the room but still wrote it in their workup and passed with flying colors. Apparenty the MD note graders do not know what you did in the room or talk to the SPs so who cares. You are fine, relax.
