Is this enough clinical experience?

Quick question:

I'm applying this cycle. I have 75 hours volunteering in a hospital (over the course of ~9 months) and 75 shadowing. (I also have a lot of non-clinical volunteer work)

Is this enough? Should I try to volunteer some more before submitting my application?

Ideally 100 is what you should aim for. It's a decent amount, but a few more wouldn't hurt.

9 months is also a decent amount of time. A year is more ideal, but 6 months seems to be the "safe zone" as acdoms want to see commitment.
