I am trying to get into a few different physical therapy programs. Not all of them require students to take a medical terminology course, but I want to take one in order to increase my chances of getting in someplace. The school I am currently in for undergrad unfortunately does not offer medical terminology as a class. So I have no choice but to take it online. I don't have any time to take it during the spring 2017 semester(taking three sciences, a filler course, and work part time). Therefore I want to take it over winter break someplace online. I have emailed this course to one physical therapy program already and they supposedly said it's acceptable. Other programs have not answered me yet. The online medical terminology class is through Corexcel(https://www.corexcel.com/html/online.medical.terminology.htm). By the time each of these programs answers me as to whether or not they would accept the course, I am afraid I will have missed my chance to enroll. Do you think this course will be an acceptable course to most/all physical therapy programs? By the way I am not taking it for credit as I do not need the credit. They will send out a certificate once completed that I can separately mail to the programs if I choose to do so. Thank you for your help.

You said none of the schools require the medical terminology course so it doesn't matter whether or not they accept the course. If you want to send it, go ahead. There is also the option of putting in on PTCAS under professional license and certificates.
