I am an OOSer applying to TCOM and I have been waiting awhile to hear from them. I was wondering if I could email them and ask them if they have accepted all OOSers already of if they will continue to. Would they ever divulge this information to me, in other words is it even worth asking or would they just say, "you will have to wait and see" sorta thing?

hahaha. no i would wait. maybe call the admission's office and ask for the status of your application and see if it's been up for review and/or when you might expect an interview.

but i wouldn't straight up ask them if they filled some kind of quota for OOS students. I think that's unprofessional and moreso alittle rude.

I believe most of the time though, the admission's office will give you the round about answer of "wait and see".

Their pretty friendly down there. You might just give them a call and ask if they have reached any decision yet on your file. Don't be afraid to call them, they are pretty user friendly, at least they were when I applied.

Alright thanks Hexanol and Tcom. I figured asking straight out like that might be a bit over the top. Hence why I made the thread. Appreciate the info and I will definitely be giving them a call.
