My dad knows the former Dean of Admissions at UCSF, and spoke to him a few days ago. He said that they are still offering interviews, and that when he was dean, a few years ago, only about 30% of the class was full at this time of year. So there's still hope!
i guess it may not mean much since this is merely anecdoctal but i know a few people last year that had late interviews, i.e lab feb and early march, that got invitations by mid feb; both got in 👍
