Just a few quick questions
Is the UK NHS system a good one to work in?
What are its benefits and weaknesses?
If you had to choose between UK and USA where would u work? and why?

I am currently debating the above quesitons myself and would be grateful for a wider input

Many Thanks

2000 UK graduates are unemployed at the moment due to the huge oversupply and overseas intake.

Hence I doubt you would find a decent job here.

why is the UK taking more overseas grads rather than their own?

I don't that it is quite that simple. Though there has been a increase in the number of overseas grads coming to the UK, there do not appear to be enough house officer positions opening up in absolute terms (see the BBC article I posted on the other thread).
