hey guys
i just wonder if your application status says ur application is mailed out
i submitted on 7/12 and it said it would be mailed out on 7/24
but status is not changed to 'mailed out' and didnt get any conformation email...
I got email from Nova today to fill out secondary application on their website....does it mean they got my application?
im so confused...

That is the date in which it was available electronically, hence the reason Nova contacted you about secondaries. Your actual hard copy is usually sent out via mail a few days after the electronic becomes available.
