I swear seeing my little brother, it seems like only yesterday that I was in Mrs. Fisher's 3rd grade class. I remember waiting for mom to pick me up after school so I could watch Fox Kids before my dad got home and turned the news on. I remember when I had to stay up all the way till 11:30 to finish my reading log that I almost forgot to do. And the time Ms. Markland brought in her puppy for show and tell and I was a little scared.

Now I am a 19 year old college student... want to be a doctor. It's funny how somethings never change. It was only 10 years ago. Weird, isn't it?

I'm confused.... What didn't change?

If you're drunk right now (which I'm assuming you are) please look at the image below. It will hypnotize you and make you believe that you're a 9 year old again (I was a psych major so I know what I'm talking about).

Oh, the maturity in this thread.
🙄

To the OP, I thought your story was very sentimental and nice. I had the same feeling when I went in to watch my "little sister" (I volunteer with BBBS) give a presentation about peacocks haha.

Cool story, brah.

EDIT: Dang it. Doc Of The Walk beat me to it.

Doc of the Walk: That is one Kewl Kat!

You realize this is SDN? The pre allo board? Sucks for you OP, but don't know what you were expecting here. If your question isn't about the MCAT, applications, or URM expect to get laughed at.

Me too 😀 19 and just had that epiphany last week. But than again I've always wanted to be a doctor.

haha and when I was younger people would ask what type of doctor I wanna be and I always told them I wanted to deliver little chicks 😳 lol ( I grow up on the farm and washed my clothes in the river....)
