You're going to feel stupid over and over (first day on regional, first day on OB, first day on peds, etc) but it will become a little less severe and a little less frequent. Thousands of people dumber than you (not to say you're dumb) have done it and you will too. Good luck, and when you're feeling down, just think how much better it is than being an intern.

but seriously the first six months blow. And you will be learning for much more than 1000 days.
