It's some crazy memory foam + coil hybrid. Just went with whatever wife was most excited about, and we had friends who liked it. I felt like I was sinking a bit in the memory foam ones.

We've been sleeping on the same full size mattress since about 2001, so it was time! The first attending paycheck gets deposited tomorrow.
