Finally finished!! I was planning to take it during the summer but kind of put it off because I was being lazy. But im so glad i did because I stumbled upon the DAT Destroyer which I will say is the single most effective tool you will find for the DAT.
Heres how I did:
PA - 21
QR - 22
RC - 23
Bio - 22
GC - 25
OC - 29
Science total - 24
Academic ave - 24
I was so shocked when I saw the 99.5 percentile on academic ave. Needless to say im extremely relieved that I did well because my GPA and other areas are quite lacking.
I must also thank this board because I found out about Destroyer here... and some of the questions discussed on the site was actually on my DAT. In appreciation I will leave some tips behind.
First of all, GET THE Destroyer. I was scoring 15~18 on sciences on topscore and ahiever. This was after reading through the whole Kaplan blue book. I was pretty hopeless. I got the DAT and memorized the whole book in 2 and a half weeks. I made flashcards for any concept I didnt know and anything I got wrong. Then I went through it every night before sleeping (the stack got pretty fat by the end haha). Unfortunately I didnt have more practice tests but the actual DAT prooved it worked quite well 🙂
Achiever PA will really prepare you. QR on actual test was pretty much like achiever and topscore minus the ridiculous probability questions. You should still learn them though. I didnt really study much for RC. Just scanning for keywords worked for me.
