You're technically not supposed to study for it specifically, but yes, DDSEP. Also reading the specific all the bolded recommendations in guidelines as you see patients. There is also Mayo board review book.
One word of advice. You see tons of GI bleeding as a 1st year Fellow but that makes up very little of the boards/ITE. Hepatology is 25%. There is a document that breaks down how much is devoted to each subject.
