The president of my predental club said something about schools questioning your ability to handle the rigor of dental school, if you haven't demonstrated it.

I know that some people are on the 5-6 year plan, how do they "prove" or show them? What is an acceptable answer if they ask you "why do you think you can handle the intensity?" I doubt jsut saying "becaue I can" will suffice.

you can explain to them that in addition to your curriculum, you were working here, and involved with this, and taking care of him, etc. you get the idea.

do ALL school require you to SHOW that you can handle the load? or do they just take you if you have good marks?

both. take as many as you wish
and maintain good grades.
but grades is more important
