Hi,
I want to discuss an issue that most of IMGs are facing. Since international medical students are from different parts of the world where the medical ethics and behaviors are different, so when they take behavioral sciences questions in step one (especiall patient doctor relationship type question), they cannot perform very well. This is true even with those IMGs who got high percentile in their exams. I was wondering if any one can tell me what to study besides BRS, so that at least i can perform above average in this area of exam.

Q Bank for Step 1 has around 100 BS questions. Several are in the form, "What should the physician say/do next?" I personally find these the most challenging. In addition to practice questions, BRS is probably the best source. I used the High Yield series by Fadem, perhaps not as complete as BRS but I found it to be good enough.
