I was hoping to get some advice on where to rent a good apartment/condo near IUSD. I'm hoping some of you have already explored tons of housing options there at Indiana, and have narrowed down the good ones. I am looking for a 1-bed/1-bath or a studio type apartment/condo. Somewhere safe and convenient, with parking area.. My budget is around 300-700.. Any info would be highly appreciated! Thanks a lot!
