IUSD interview

hey ya'll heading to IUSD tommorow and was wondering

(a) where to stay CHEAP
(b) what to expect at the interview
(c) where is a good place to eat drink and be merry

1) If you want CHEAP, I don't know what to recommend. Most people stay at the Best Western a few blocks south of campus, but it's a decent hotel and will charge accordingly.

2) 2-3 people on the panel; very informal; the more proactive you are, the better.

3) There's a host of clubs and bars downtown, a few blocks from the hotel I mentioned. Slippery Noodle, Have a Nice Day Cafe, Tiki Bob's, Jillian's, BW3's...the list goes on.
 
Hey I'm not from indy so i don't know much about where to stay or go for a good time. No worries though on the interview. Its real laid back. I got the general why dentistry but that was about it in the way of dental questions. They just want to get to know YOU and see if you can carry on a conversation. We talked about my cycling, my dad's body shop and the colts. The faculty interviewers seemed like they enjoyed being there. Just go and have fun. Good luck.
